Refund Policy

Short version: if your release doesn't get published — for any reason — you get a full refund.

Full refunds

Eligible when:

• Your release was rejected by our editorial team.
• Your release was unpublished from the network after going live.
• You haven't submitted a draft yet.
• You submitted a draft, but we haven't sent it to any outlet.

We refund 100% to your original payment method — card, PayPal or crypto. Refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds

If we've already distributed to some outlets and you decide to stop the campaign, we'll refund the unused portion based on outlet count.

No refunds

Once a campaign is complete, all outlets have published, and the final report is delivered, the order is final.

Failed distribution

If a campaign fails on our end and we can't fix it, you get a full refund or credit, your choice.
