1. The service

We distribute press releases to a network of crypto, finance and mainstream media outlets. The exact reach depends on the plan you buy.

2. Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of every release you submit. You confirm you own or have the right to publish the content, including any logos, images or trademarks.

3. Editorial review

We may reject or request edits on any release that breaks outlet policies, contains misleading claims, promotes unregistered securities, or is defamatory.

4. Payment

All plans are pre-paid. Prices on the pricing page are in USD. We may run promotions; promotional prices apply only during the stated window.

5. Outlets

Outlet lists may change as media partners join or leave the network. If a specific outlet in your plan can't publish, we replace it with one of equivalent value.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms by reference. See the refund policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
